Description
The newly revised competition rules for grassroots sport, valid from 1 January 2024, are an instruction manual for the first starts in competitions. It is - for the first-time participant, the first-time organiser, the judge/examiner as well as for all those who are already involved in grassroots sport - the standard work for successful participation or implementation of a WBO event.
Information and detailed descriptions of the almost 200 competitions for both participants and organisers make the first steps transparent and easy to understand.
Through its diversity, the WBO sets the cornerstones of good training, i.e. for riding, driving, vaulting and, above all, for the correct handling of horses and ponies.
The WBO 2024 includes numerous new dressage competitions and dressage rider competitions as well as new competitions in the WB blocks such as horse handling/skill competitions, combined competitions, new show jumping competitions, lead rope competitions and working equitation competitions. Hobby horsing competitions will also be introduced from 2024. The content of all parts of the WBO has been adapted to the changes in the LPO 2024.
